And we ask each of you to also call forth now from Archangel Metatron & Ascended Masters Mother Mary & Lady Nada a Golden Net of protection enfolding each of us now & totally protecting our 4-body system in every moment of this session.

And thru our I Am Presence & the Ascended Masters, we also call forth a Divine Grounding Cord from Source in the Great Central Sun. The grounding cord extends thru our central channel, and is simultaneously anchored in the heart of Father/Mother/God in the Great Central Sun and the Three Fold Flame & Christ Love within each of our hearts and within the Crystalline Heart of Gaia ( the conscious Being that is our Mother Earth).

This Divine Grounding Cord now keeps our Spiritual, Emotional, Mental, & Physical bodies totally grounded in every moment of this meditation.

Let's all focus on our breathing now....on the natural cycle of our breathing....allowing our heart & mind to rest in our breath.....letting go of all thoughts & concerns as we breathe deeply..... allowing ourselves to enter into a deep state of peace...of contentment....of understanding... of Love.

And we call forth the healing angels now to enfold us in their Love & healing energy....and we let their healing Love energy enter completely into our heart chakra....& deeply into our emotional, mental, & physical bodies.

And we affirm together: At this present moment, and always - I love myself unconditionally....and breathing deeply into our heart chakra, we continue to repeat this phrase in our minds for several minutes.

Continuing to breathe deeply into our heart chakra, we also repeat in our minds for several minutes: "I Am the Conscious Embodiment of Unconditional Love."

And we create in our heart chakra the most beautiful ball of Light that holds the Love of our Soul....that holds all the Love of God in our heart chakra.

Imagine now this ball of Light, this beautiful ball containing God's Unconditional Love & forgiveness expanding in our heart....growing & expanding outwards as large as you wish, remaining connected to our heart chakra, but expanding in front of us.

Now invite into this beautiful Divine Ball any person or situation that comes to you to be placed into this Sacred chamber... into this healing Ball of Light (this can be any person you wish to forgive or wish forgiveness from, or any situation).

We let our I Am Presence with the angels & Ascended masters fill this Sacred Ball of light with whomever you've brought into it with all of God's Unconditional Love & healing energy.

And we bring this Sacred Ball of Light back into our heart chakra...and breathing deeply - we feel all of this healing & forgiving energy working in our hearts....bring peace into the relationship or situation you have called forth... bringing understanding....and forgiveness....& unconditional Love to all involved.
