By Following 3 Golden Rules And I Can't Make It Simpler Then This As All Should Understand ...No need for me to write a book.
1- By doing no harm to Mother Earth ..this alone divides into many divisions like man made disasters, like drilling large holes weakening mother earth, by cutting trees, man made forest fires, contaminating the soil with chemicals, pesticides and fertilizers, contanimating the air with pollution, contanimating the oceans with rubbish and there is many others man made projects that are really harming mother earth.
REMEMBER WHAT YOU DO TO MOTHER EARTH YOU DO TO YOURSELVES.
2- By doing no harm to other living entities.
REMEMBER ALL OTHER LIFEFORMS HAVE A RIGHT TO LIVE. This also branches into many divisions like no slaughterhouses, no butchers, no meat sellers and so no meat eaters.
3- By leading a highly tuned spiritual life.
This alone branches into many divisions ...
REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT THIS BODY AS IN THE END YOU LEAVE YOUR BODY AS WELL.
BEING MORE SPIRITUAL THEN MATERIAL AS ALL MATERIAL THINGS YOU ACCUMULATE YOU WILL LEAVE BEHIND.

RIGHT ACTIONS
RIGHT DEEDS
RIGHT KARMA
No alcohol. smoking. drugs of any kinds.
Treating your body with respect.
