In several other posts, I had discussed a higher level of hypnosis, and how I felt that no-one was really putting out the information, but that they all use it. So in this post, I am going to tell you exactly how to make it, and I am going to give you a free meditation, that uses this hypnosis technique.

Some rules before you use this meditation 1. It is powerful, do not use it unless you really feel you are ready to change.

2. You must listen to it with headphones, lying flat on your back.

3. It is Hynosis, you will be re-writing your brain, it is recommended to listen to the entire meditation BEFORE you actually use it, to decide whether you wish to proceed.

4. It is not a High Level Activation: It is simply meant to deal with the Unconscious mind, to elevate it.

5. There is at least 3 minutues of silence, do not take off the head-phones until you have completely finished the meditation.

What you need to make this:

1. Creativity.

2. A copy of Audacity.

3. The MP3 converter plugin.

You may include any text in your meditations and any music you see fits.

Here is what you must do once you finish your meditation and the steps:

1. You must have a road and a door way in your meditations, leading in and leading back out to the body. This is essential.

2. Deep breathing is recommended for the first 5 minutes, or before use of the meditation.

3. You will apply these filters in this order: Pitch: A, Speed: 10-12, You will then apply WahWah, and Phaser.

Once all this is completed, convert your meditation to mp3 and enjoy!

Good luck. I believe, though I may be wrong, that I am the first person to release this information, at least for free. I am doing this because I wish for all to ascend.
