Lately things have been going a little nuts for me. There was a point a little while ago, a think a few weeks back where everything felt uneasily calm, like things were building up for something. Now suddenly everything i'm doing is triggering memories or the thing i'm doing or seeing or experiencing is a memory itself. It's like living in a huge Deja vu almost every moment.
What actually causes Deja vu though? We have many lifetimes yes, but they're not the same one over and over, so how is it that something that happens later on in our life is so strangely familar? Sometimes I recognise them from a scene in a dream but they're not always from dreams D:
