You came into this world as Pure Source Essence...

And this beautiful essence has never left you.

Even if you can't feel it right now...

Deep under years of pain...

It's still there...

Waiting for you.

Life taught you to look outside yourself for Peace...

To search for it in other people.

But Peace was never outside you my friend.

It's who you are.

It always has been.

Healing is remembering...

Coming home to what was always there.

I know you might be holding so much right now.

And maybe you've been holding it for so long...

You don't even remember what it feels like to put it down.

That's okay.

Your feelings deserve to be honored...

And underneath everything you're carrying...

There's a truth waiting for you.

You are enough...

Right here and right now.

Sit with that today.

I want you to notice how it feels in your body when you read that.

Does something soften?

That feeling and presence...

Is your True Self.

Your Source Essence saying Yes.
