Just before the end of 2010, Pennsylvania — as a state — put together a Declaration of Notice to the world stating that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania had returned itself and its people back under its de jur Constitution, of the 1700s, and declared the People
of Pennsylvania, Free! — no longer recognizing unlawful corporate government within their state.
They did this legally and properly. They did not ask for permission, they simply went ahead and did it. And they received their shipping receipt back from the Office of Private International Law at the Hague.
Shortly after that, an informed contact — who had been in touch with various groups who had come forward about that time — was contacted and given a simple message, and that message was this:
“It has come to our attention, what Pennsylvania has done. How long would it take you to put together a simple majority of states to duplicate what Pennsylvania has done, for at
such a time there could be monetary and military support?”
They asked for a copy of the original documentation that Pennsylvania had submitted to the Office of Private International Law at the Hague, so they could see who had been involved.
Our confidential contact had no problem with that, and neither did Pennsylvania. So they forwarded to the contact the documentation that Pennsylvania had submitted.
The answer was “Yes! we’ll just see how fast we can get ‘er done!”

Oh come on, disclosure is not going to take place anytime soon, and all this political and military drivel has zero whatsoever to do with meeting our starry family. Some deluded people still hold onto an ancient political "US of A constitution" to provide them with the illusary "hope" that first contact will be announced by so called "world leaders", etcetra. Forget it, it wont happen that way, the slightest hint of any "disclosure" will come when enough people are awake in their conciousness and who are focused on uplifting others through their heart centers, not by depending on some article written by someone on the web. Look for the awakening of conciousness around you instead of some article you found on the net that talks in shite political rehtoric terminology. There wont be a big, loud fanfare and party atmosphere whereby thousands of UFOs will appear in the skies, no matter how many people are waiting for it.
Forget the political rhetoric, dont drink the Koolaid and as clichéd as it sounds, all the answers you seek are within your own conciousness, depending on where in your conciousness you are at in terms of vibrational frequency and what you are actually looking at, what you are focused on. its all happening right now and there is no separation. All this "declaration to the world" drivel is horseshit, the sooner people stop pinning their hopes on "disclosure" especially when its written in some article on the Internet that has supposedly been sent to the Office of Private International Law at the Hauge, the sooner they will actually begin to pull their heads out of the collective arses and begin to actually wake up! Note the juxtaposition between the word "private" and "disclosure", I rest my case. What the world needs now is transparency in Governments and all that shite, but it aint happening anytime soon. The truth is that humanity is in the birth canal of a new dawn whereby the Christ Conciousness is realized in everybody, it is happening by degrees, one soul at a time as the old paradigm disolves. You raise your frequency as "they" (benevolent ETs) lower theirs and we will meet in the center, not on the White House lawn and not from some propossed announcement to the world by some arsehole politician. Imagine if Donald Trump became Americas next president (he wont, by the way) but do you seriously think he of all people would be the ambassador between humanity and ET beings? Of course not, he is insane. Moreso, look at the number of people who are voting for him, they are deluded. So, as regards UFO "first contact", it has nothing to do with Earth politics. Too many people are simply not ready for "first contact", The X Factor and other mindless brain suppressants are more important, its that simple. That is my humble opinion.
Now I love what they did as a State but sadly I live in San Diego, California and have no idea weather the same thing has or will occur here in this state. I'd love to see it happen but I'm not in a position of power or politics or anything like that just a regular Joe here living day to day, I wonder when I see articles such as this if I will ever see anything like this happen for me.
