Crossing my fingers that the 99% get it...

Sometimes it is hard to understand the simplest of things and this is related to OCCUPY WALLSTREET. Like the title of this post I am crossing my fingers that the people get it and I am specifically referring to the people of this movement because they are the ones that have the power to bring about rapid massive awareness and change. I am specifically choosing not to use the word "protestors" because I understand that they, the ones in this movement, are not intent on protesting in the true definition of the word as this will not bring about a desirable end result. Rather the intent yet to be realized is the awareness of the true significance behind the slogan "We are the 99%". And funny as the world is with its way of presenting things, think of the current "movement" and the true understanding of the slogan behind this "movement". As of right now the slogan "We are the 99%" is unintentionally directed towards the 1%. I'll repeat. The slogan "We are the 99%" is directed towards the 1%. The true intention behind this slogan "We are the 99%" is to be directed to the 99%. It's time to wake up and remember the possibilities. We are all in this together so we will be here to remember together. We have the possibility to change the whole "system" we just need to remember how to come together. The true intention of OCCUPY WALLSTREET is not to come up with a list of demands as these demands will only be directed towards the 1%. The real and yet to be realized intention is to wake up the world and come together. Remember.
