Foreigners who have gone to countries doing well and have good facilities have breed like rabbits and their sole motive was that their children will get citizenship and get all facilities so instead of have two children ideally one boy and one girl they in their selfish and greedy ends reproduced like rabbits and this is one of the cause of overpopulation ..remember caused by greedy selfish rascals...one way is to throw them back to their own countries taking away their citizenship as their motive to have lots of children was totally wrong and out of order
The problem as I have pointed our before is that in any planet population must be kept in control ... overpopulation is dangerous as it is now on Planet Earth.
Ideally each couple should have one girl and one boy and this will keep the population under control. Bill Gates way to kill people off is wrong but to enforce that each couple should have one girl and one boy will eventually in the long run bring population under control on this planet
