sorry but i'm not at all a scientific expert in that domain even if I feel that's defenitely our very next Future in the "Now". I find that quite interesting because that consolidates the link between Science and Spirituality.
From my humble understanding (I 'm not at all scientist I say it again) the crucial question of this document is :
“By which means is it possible to convert vacuum-energy into a classical form of energy (in order to make it visible and exploitable) ?“ and the solution exposed in that document is the concrete conversion of vacuum-energy via Electromagnetic interaction.
From a spiritual point of view, this electromagnetic interaction could be interpreted by the exchange of opinions between beings and by the strong links that are co-created between these same individuals.
I posted that file because I thought that could first help any scientists or any person interested in that domain. :)
