So where is the National Security Agency ?

who's to say that terrorists may have been working for B.P.
and intentionally rigged it to Blow,
and intentionally dispersed chemicals into the Gulf's Eco System, that will also potentially be picked up and dispersed into the Gulf Stream.
these are all normal questions that should be asked and be "IMMEDIATELY ACTED UPON" by our own "National Security Agency" that deals with "National Security" in the United States.

Where is the Oversight, if this is an Ongoing "Intentional" or even an "Un-Intentional" Crime ?

and can also be viewed as a Terroristic Act against the World's Eco System.

Congress has acknowledged that BP Oil Company has dumped Toxic Chemicals in U.S. National Waters with Total Disregard for ALL LIFE FORMS, BOTH BIOLOGICAL AND HUMAN (This in itself is a Terroristic Act against humanity and the United States.)
and Congress only asked them to "Stop" Dumping the Chemicals
BP's Response "Well it's either this one, or our other one which is much worse"

Congress is "Aware" that Chemicals were indeed dumped in U.S. National Waters.
and Are Still Allowing BP to Continue with their Own Method of Clean Up.
Crimes Against Humanity has been Carried Through by BP, and BP is STILL In Charge.

If "ANY" Person with a Turban on their head were seen and witnessed as dumping toxic chemicals in the Gulf (U.S. National Waters) this would be considered a terroristic act against the United States.
We have vital information to be shared with all the public this is going to affect, which currently include 200 million Americans and maybe the rest of the world too.
As you know six weeks ago in the Gulf of Mexico there began the world's worst major oil spill in history.
The cause of this disaster was the explosion of an oil rig, the Deepwater Horizon, which killed eleven people.
British Petroleum a world oil giant is still at this moment flailing about in desperate attempt to control the still gushing broken well.
We are presently estimating that more than 40 to 75 million gallons of oil have already been released into the gulf and into the world's eco system.
Among the many strategies BP PLC has put forth to contain this atrocity is the use of oil dispersing chemicals and detergents that cause the biological composition to move more rapidly to the naturally produced microbes that will then degrade the oil.
The process of dispergents can be done both on and beneath the water level's surface.
So you clearly understand.
There are reputable and skilled scientists who will tell you that many of the detergents used to clean up such oil spills are more toxic than the oil itself.
They can show us evidence that using such chemicals leaves us with a toxic soup even more dangerous and damaging.
The dispersants will turn the oil into microscopic droplets attaching themselves to plankton and then accumulate the toxins VERY FAST up trough the food chain to humans.
BP is spraying on top now, out of sight out of mind- they did after all buy 1/3 of the worlds supply of dispersants,- corexite is in its work safety sheaths more than 4 times more toxic than the crude oil itself, the best estimates are 20% of the corexite sprayed out will work, the rest will evaporate and come down with the rain on the us east coast.
This will very much be a cause for cancer as stated in the products work safety sheaths The resultant damage to the people of the world from these chemicals is significant and horrifying.
1/3 of the seafood sold in the US comes from this area.
We are in possession of 45 science reports stating through research done after dispersants were used in the Exxon Valdez disaster what is going to happen.
The affected US citizens will experience an estimated increase of 800% in dead born or children born with physic and psychic handicaps.
People that eat a lot of seafood will get parkinsons.
Now we are not talking about the millions of livelihoods or lives ruined that were dependant on this industry, yet, but stating a cold scientific fact.
When the dispersed oil hits the Gulf Stream we will have a slow moving ecocide amounting to the USA firing off a nuke in the territorial waters of every single country to be affected by the poison in light of the long term damages that are very well documented.
When the hurricane season start the evaporated corexcite will kill all life from microbes up along the entire us east coast. As rain.
A dire report prepared for President Medvedev by Russia’s Ministry of Natural Resources is warning today that the British Petroleum (BP) oil and gas leak in the Gulf of Mexico is about to become the worst environmental catastrophe in all of human history threatening the entire eastern half of the North American continent with“total destruction”.
Russian scientists are basing their apocalyptic destruction assessment due to BP’s use of millions of gallons of the chemical dispersal agent known as Corexit 9500 which is being pumped directly into the leak of this wellhead over a mile under the Gulf of Mexico waters and designed, this report says, to keep hidden from the American public the full, and tragic, extent of this leak that is now estimated to be over 2.9 million gallons a day.
The dispersal agent Corexit 9500 is a solvent originally developed by Exxon and now manufactured by theNalco Holding Company of Naperville, Illinois that is four times more toxic than oil (oil is toxic at 11 ppm (parts per million), Corexit 9500 at only 2.61ppm).
In a report written by Anita George-Ares and James R. Clark for Exxon Biomedical Sciences, Inc. titled “Acute Aquatic Toxicity of Three Corexit Products: An Overview” Corexit 9500 was found to be one of the most toxic dispersal agents ever developed.
Even worse, according to this report, with higher water temperatures, like those now occurring in the Gulf of Mexico, its toxicity grows.
The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in discovering BP’s use of this dangerous dispersal agent ordered BP to stop using it, but BP refused stating that their only alternative to Corexit 9500 was an even more dangerous dispersal agent known as Sea Brat 4.
The main differences between Corexit 9500 and Sea Brat 4 lie in how long these dangerous chemicals take to degrade into their constituent organic compounds, which for Corexit 9500 is 28 days.
Sea Brat 4, on the other hand, degrades into an organic chemical called Nonylphenol that is toxic to aquatic life and can persist in the environment for years.
A greater danger involving Corexit 9500, and as outlined by Russian scientists in this report, is that with its 2.61ppm toxicity level, and when combined with the heating Gulf of Mexico waters, its molecules will be able to“phase transition” from their present liquid to a gaseous state allowing them to be absorbed into clouds and allowing their release as “toxic rain” upon all of Eastern North America.
Even worse, should a Katrina like tropical hurricane form in the Gulf of Mexico while tens of millions of gallons of Corexit 9500 are sitting on, or near, its surface the resulting “toxic rain” falling upon the North American continent could “theoretically” destroy all microbial life to any depth it reaches resulting in an “unimaginable environmental catastrophe” destroying all life forms from the “bottom of the evolutionary chart to the top”.
Note: For molecules of a liquid to evaporate, they must be located near the surface, be moving in the proper direction, and have sufficient kinetic energy to overcome liquid-phase intermolecular forces.
Only a small proportion of the molecules meet these criteria, so the rate of evaporation is limited.
Since the kinetic energy of a molecule is proportional to its temperature, evaporation proceeds more quickly at higher temperatures.
As over 50 miles of the US State of Louisiana’s coastline has already been destroyed by this spill, American scientists are warning that the damage may be impossible to repair, and as we can read as reported by the Associated Press News Service:
“The gooey oil washing into the maze of marshes along the Gulf Coast could prove impossible to remove, leaving a toxic stew lethal to fish and wildlife, government officials and independent scientists said. Officials are considering some drastic and risky solutions:
They could set the wetlands on fire or flood areas in hopes of floating out the oil.
They warn an aggressive cleanup could ruin the marshes and do more harm than good.”
And to understand the full import of this catastrophe it must be remembered that this disaster is occurring in what is described as the “biologically richest waters in America” with the greatest amount of oil and toxic Corexit 9500 set to come ashore in the coming days and weeks to destroy it completely for decades to come.

The Roman Emperors, not all of them, but most of them, especially these listed here in this article, were considered evil, incompetent, etc. remember that one of the worst tyrants, Nero, fiddled (or played the lyre) while Rome burned.. hmmm, seems somehow familiar.. who is Nero here though.?
I also have to wonder though, is that 'incompetence' put there as a bait, a trick in a way, to make it look it was incompetence, but it was really just true evil..? See, there are really endless debates on what it could really be, the fact is whatever it was, it was and is evil, the effects, the 'fruits' of whatever it was, are evil... as Jesus said, 'you will know a tree by its fruit.'
