So there is an Aryan body type, also....which is what Hitler was crudely alluding to...However, his fixation on the physical body type was not the true meaning of Aryan and it's work through the 5th principle....
Having said all this from a factual perspective, as I always strive to accomplish, I will say that concrete science does have value and is correct in it's conclusions that Pharaoh Ramesses II was of CELTIC genetics...and had actual red hair and white skin.....Indeed, if he had been alive today, he would have been able to walk down an average town street in Ireland or Scotland and easily assumed to be a local... ;-)
I am surprised that some members here are offended by the FACT that Egyptians were caucasian and that their early ruling dynasties were related to the Celtic tribes of Europe....
I'm also surprised that some here believe the Norse Vikings to have been black-skinned....Truly surprising, that in spite of all the scientfic evidence to the contrary, as well as documentary, eg the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle, some members here seem to be lost in deep fogs of glamour.....LOL
Sorry to disapoint these lost ones, but the Celts and Vikings were great people and were truly of white caucasian appearance....It really doesn't matter to me what someone looks like, but TRUTH IS TRUTH....and many Pharaohs were white, and the later dynasties were Greeks, again of the Caucasian racial type, known as "Hellenes."
Actually the Egyptians were not truly Caucasian, they were many races present in ancient Egypt, the majority were light brown, tanned skinned and of varying hues. Their society was so multiracial, and the fact that after it was conquered, the interracial marriage process continued at a faster rate that it further diversified the people.
Egypt over thousands of years was inhabited by many different tribes from neighbouring countries, it was an ideal land since the Nile River flows through it and obviously for many other reasons as well. In the eras in which Egypt was a great kingdom, most of the drawings and artefact’s come from the people that were called mulattoes (meaning mixed bread). The people were a completely mixed breed race of Africans (varying hues) and Arabic people and Mediterranean.
Egyptians thought themselves as an entire different race. They never considered themselves as "African"
The Egyptians hated the people from Nubia (the Nubians are your stereotypical "black" people) waging war against them on many occasions. The Egyptians depicted the Nubians as black-skinned in their artefact’s about them. The Egyptians even highlighted the Nubians’ kinky hair, wide nose and projecting jaw, since the Egyptians didn't have those features and Egyptians highlighted characteristics in the people they considered the "other."
Concerning Egypt and their skin colour, Egyptian men used red paint to depict themselves, and used yellow paint to depict Egyptian women. They used white paint to depict Greeks and Jews. They used black paint to depict "Black" people. What is interesting is that they also used red paint for Arab men and yellow paint for Arab women, which pretty much indicts that Arabs had the same skin tone as them.
Saying Egypt was a black civilization because it was on the continent of Africa is like saying China's civilization is White because it is on the continent of Eurasia.
So in conclusion, the Egyptians were NEITHER black or white.
What some forget…. is that colour is also an adaptation, not necessarily from any mixture. That say, in different regions of Africa, perhaps 20,000 year ago, colour separated along the latitude with reference to the equator. It didn’t mean that the features were any different, over time the features changed from the predominance of certain families, which gave somewhat slight differences in appearances, but not necessarily colour. It is highly doubtful the early man was as dark as some would think, because his environment was in a temperate zone. As man migrated and without the benefits of technologies to protect his skin, melanin helped protect him from the environment.

This suggests that, at this time in history, dark (Celtic) features were associated in the Norse mind with coarseness and violence.
The sagas contain many examples of a perceived connection between dark features and Celtic origins, as well as a general aversion to such looks. In general, Celts were considered to be ugly because they were dark. Typical description of Kormák the skald as "svartr ok ljótr"--dark and ugly.
These adjectives were applied so often to people of Celtic extraction that they became bynames and then proper names. While Svartr/svarti served mainly to designate the darkness of "the other" with whom the Norse settlers shared their new homeland, the name Ljótr (Ugly/the Ugly) incorporates an aesthetic judgment, if not a sense of hostility. Both names continued down through the generations after the Settlement, confirming that dark, Celtic features were inherited and that they continued to be noticed.
These dark ruddy peoples were Celts, and while darker complexes than their fairer brethren, nowhere does history imply that they in any way resembled Black African peoples or that their darker complexion was a result of non-European ancestry.
There is nothing to support the notion that some Norsemen were actually black in the modern sense of the word or that their appearance was somehow related to non-European influence or to some ancient black/dark skinned remnant population found in Northern Europe. That theses darker people were Celts who were later absorbed by migrating Germanic tribes. The use of black or dark to describe other peoples with noticeable but slightly darker features is a pretty common thing among cultures all across the world. There is nothing substantive to indicate that these darker or swarthy skinned peoples are any different as was then to such people found today in Northern European countries or that their appearance in any way resembled distant black African peoples.
Seriously why do some people think that all native Northern European are fair eyed, fair haired and fair skinned, there have always been dark eyed, dark haired, and swarthy/darker Europeans in Northern Europe since people moved in after Ice Sheets retreated many thousands of years ago.
For most of European prehistory, the people that inhabited Europe were all most probably predominately tan or light brown haired, had dark eyes, and a brown or swarthy complexion. It is only in the last 6 to 10 thousand years that pale skin and fairer features became the dominated or most common features in Northern Europe and parts of Central Europe due to environmental adaption to colder and less sunny.

Yes, the Egyptian men were often painted red, and women yellow....They also considered the "gods" and "goddesses" to possess gold skin....
Interesting about the colour used for Jews and Greeks...white paint and black paint for Nubians, who were actual blacks, as you suggest...
And arabs settled in Egypt following the successful invasion from the east of the Asiatic "hyksos desert princes." These people had the chariot and the Egyptians, at that time, did not...so they failed to stop asiatic migration and so the Hyksos reigned as Pharaohs, for 200 years, starting around 1700 BC....So, the colour scheme for the paint work does reflect that cultural defference towards these people, officially incorporating these norms, in defference to what was actually an invasion and conquest, by semitic peoples from the east....
Great info, Drekx, thank you for sharing :-) I was just learning about how different races produce natural DMT, and it seems to be connected to melanin and the affects of sunlight... It leads me to some interesting conclusions but I would have to do some more research to prove my theories.
