            No fruits, just wild berries and wild salmon that you catch with your bare hands ;) 
            
            Do you eat at a set time every day? And what do you drink? 
            
            I want to improve my diet, but I'm a fruit addict, so I need to think about it.

              When I started keto I had 2-meals a day; 10.30 a.m. and 15.30 p.m. over the months I experimented to close the gap...now it's one meal per day at 14.00...No alcohol, no sweet drinks...but I drink good quality teas and coffee in the. none after 19.00....hope this gives clarity...ask more if necessary

              Hehe...you mean like a bear scoops up his salmon lunch from the river....? wish I could....;-0 But I once thought wild-caught tinned salmon had minimal DHA & EPA...Dr Berg has his own lab and discovered it to be abundant in essential fatty acids, vit D3 and free of heavy metals in comparison to tuna..superior wild than farmed, as less pesticide runoff...
              The reference to berries means the following are keto friendly; raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries...On keto we can make 'keto bombs' using stevia, pecans, cacao 92% choc, clotted cream [traditional made....
              It's a fun diet and mostly raw veg, so nutrient dense....you'll love it..

          I'm trying to eat only once a day, and only for a period of 6 hours, the rest of the time I let the ketosis do the work :)

  Globalist Elites behind media & entertainment, currently seek to set a 'pop trend' among teens and twentysomething young adults, a fad for being a virtue signalling vegan...so hip and trendy..right...?? WRONG....

  All this encouraged sub-nutrition achieves is stunted brain development in babies, illness and big pharma dependency. THEY WANT TO REDUCE & TRADUCE HUMAN LIFE....they want you to feel guilt every time you exhale CO2....They want you poor, ill, microchipped dumbed-down and micromanaged by their "experts..." Netflix guides the lives of too many younglings....don't fall for it.....

  Within the isolation of society, human beings have begun to question their role, their sexuality, their sex, their place in life. A dissociation from nature, a dysfunction carrying the same symptoms that led many civilizations before memory to ruin. The mind of the collective becomes riddled with chimerical ideas that challenge the natural laws that created them.

  It is fascinating to see humankind degenerate so fast, but also a process of consequence that will ultimately lead to their own collapse. And perhaps it is for the best.

  The first energy centers to weaken and degenerate are the root, survival including alimentary habits, and the sacral, sexuality and the perception thereof. Not to mention the fictional interpretations of reality or disproportionate emotional response that result from the unbalance of higher centers.
