Vegans do understand the extreme ways of producing meals for meat eating folks. For most part , grusome pictures and vids of that process speak a thousand words.

I want to improve my diet, but I'm a fruit addict, so I need to think about it.
When I started keto I had 2-meals a day; 10.30 a.m. and 15.30 p.m. over the months I experimented to close the gap...now it's one meal per day at 14.00...No alcohol, no sweet drinks...but I drink good quality teas and coffee in the. none after 19.00....hope this gives clarity...ask more if necessary

Hehe...you mean like a bear scoops up his salmon lunch from the river....? wish I could....;-0 But I once thought wild-caught tinned salmon had minimal DHA & EPA...Dr Berg has his own lab and discovered it to be abundant in essential fatty acids, vit D3 and free of heavy metals in comparison to tuna..superior wild than farmed, as less pesticide runoff...
