The real Jack, will be brought back to life, in the public consciousness..☺️

And AI suggests the following and from my own researches, correctly:
"Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is an essential, plant-based omega-3 fatty acid ( that the body cannot produce, requiring dietary intake. It is primarily found in flaxseed, chia seeds, walnuts, and vegetable oils (soybean, canola). Key uses include converting to EPA/DHA (at low rates), supporting heart health, and maintaining cholesterol levels." end quote.
So vegans in particular, would seriously have to munch on flaxseed, every day to get a small move on the health dial, noting that EPA & DHA are abundant in omega 3 fatty acids in fish...such as wild caught salmon and sardines (two with the lowest concentrations of mercury.)
And of course, selenium counters the effects of metals in fish, anyway...
But good luck with whatever diet....I only posted this in response to rev Skirvin's recent rants against meat eating, on his status..countering his arguments...People still need to be informed, before making choices, is my take on it...
Loreen Dinwiddie (died at 109): Identified as likely the longest-lived vegan on record, having maintained a vegan diet for 90 years.
Julia Hawkins (age 108+, living): A competitive cyclist and runner, she is known as "The Hurricane" and is a prominent athlete who adheres to a plant-based diet.
Mable Cluer (died at 103): A founding member of the Vegan Society.
Gladys McGarey (age 103+, living): A doctor and proponent of longevity.
Mike Fremont (age 102+, living): A master's athlete.
Donald Watson (died at 95): Founder of the Vegan Society
Sir Charles Njonjo (died at 102): A Kenyan politician known for his longevity, who maintained a healthy diet.
Stamatis Moraitis (died over 90s): An Ikarian who returned to his "Blue Zone" home to live 37 years after a terminal cancer diagnosis, following a traditional Mediterranean diet
Just to name a few,Studies indicate that vegetarian men live an average of 9.5 years longer and women 6.1 years longer than their non-vegetarian counterparts.
Optimal Diet Type: Research suggests that pesco-vegetarians (vegetarians who eat fish) and vegans can have even higher life expectancies than some meat-eaters.
Key Factors: The longevity of these individuals is linked to lower incidences of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and lower blood pressure.
Recent 2026 data shows that among the "oldest-old" (over 80), those with a higher body weight—often supported by a balanced diet including modest animal protein—have a higher probability of reaching 100, suggesting that nutritional needs change in the final decades of life..
"poorly planned plant-based diets can lead to nutrient deficiencies that impair cognitive function.
"Brain Fog and Cognitive Performance
Vegan brain fog" is a recognized pattern of symptoms—such as poor focus, memory issues, and mental fatigue—often caused by missing key brain nutrients typically found in animal products."
"Vitamin B12: Essential for myelin synthesis (insulation for brain circuits). Deficiency is common in unsupplemented vegans and can lead to brain shrinkage and permanent neurological damage.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids (DHA/EPA): Crucial for brain cell structure. Plant sources (like flaxseeds) convert poorly to the active forms the brain needs."
"Choline: Important for memory and attention. Plant foods contain much lower levels than eggs or meat.
Iron & Zinc: Deficiencies in these minerals, which are less bioavailable in plant forms, are linked to fatigue and poor concentration."
"Based on research studies and health reports, here are the illnesses or conditions that may be made worse by poorly planned vegetarianism:
"Stroke: Some studies, such as the EPIC-Oxford study, have found that vegetarians and vegans have a higher risk of stroke (particularly hemorrhagic stroke) compared to meat-eaters, potentially linked to low vitamin B12 levels or lower total cholesterol.
"Anemia: While vegetarians often consume adequate iron, non-heme iron (from plants) is less easily absorbed than heme iron (from meat). An improperly balanced diet can easily lead to iron deficiency anemia, resulting in fatigue and poor concentration.
"Osteoporosis and Bone Fractures: Vegetarians, particularly vegans, often have lower calcium and vitamin D intake and lower bone mineral density (BMD), which can increase the risk of hip and leg fractures.
"Mental Health Issues (Depression and Anxiety): Studies have shown that a vegetarian diet is associated with a higher prevalence of depressive and anxiety disorders, according to research from the German Health Interview and Examination Survey.
"Neurological Disorders: A lack of vitamin B12, essential for nerve function, can lead to irreversible neurological damage, cognitive decline, and increased homocysteine levels.
"Eating Disorders: Some studies suggest that individuals with eating disorders may adopt vegetarianism to mask their behavior, and that restrictive dieting can exacerbate orthorexia nervosa.
"Thyroid Dysfunction: Deficiencies in iodine, selenium, and iron—which can be more common in vegetarian diets—can worsen hyper- and hypothyroidism.
"Junk Food" Diabetes/Obesity: A "vegetarian" diet high in refined carbohydrates, sugar, and processed foods can lead to weight gain, worsening diabetes control and increasing risks for cardiovascular disease." end quote
I probably eat far more vegetables, than vegans and vegetarians, in the form of raw salads (large ones) plus pickled veg....However, I do not eat junk food, beans, rice and pulses; carbs, nor sugar, nor soda drink, nor alcohol (sometimes only,) ..I also eat quality red meat, quality fish and eggs, etc...Eating red meat provides such a benefit and we should all avoid the cabal's propaganda, encouraging meat abstinence...they want an unhealthy population, remember....?? So why do people follow the latest fads in "going green," etc..?? You won't save the planet by giving up red meat.....Believe me....And you are not "holier than thou," for depriving yourself good nutrients....Nobody is impressed by the green agenda...so give up the fake news that meat is bad....Avoid junk food, but eat quality grass fed beef....and pasture raised/free range eggs..

China and Pakistan are the most effected by diabetes, with vegetarian India, not far behind..
Eating quality meat does not cause diabetes...Sugar and carbs, to excess, do...INSULIN SPIKES...If anyone thinks that eating veggie helps ascension, then think again....Illness prevents physical ascension, as you are eventually dead...Solution, fasting on the keto diet...

Drekx reply: Yes, it does not surprise me and you get to confirm the continuing covid vaxx deaths, being so close to the cemetery and observing events...I think I'll post the vid again, from Dr Campbell...The morticians are also seeing this death spike and the weird postmortem "clots." Caused by mRNA....This is a crime against humanity and should be treated as such..
