  Yes, the mineral content on the moon explains the vibrant colours, I think the pinks and greens are very pretty, they almost look like an aura.

  Luminous setting on the camera, went darker, then pans up..?? I watched the amateur astronomer Ray's Astrophotography video, about his lights on the dark side of the moon and he's right in suggesting that they are cosmic rays, plus I will add; meteoroid impacts.....There is a GFL base there, but it does not flash beacon lights and is underground...
  Why the pinks and greens...?? It's simply the mineral content of the lunar dust..."green tints come from olivine, a mineral often found in volcanic rocks, or from high levels of titanium in the lunar soil." Albeit noting that there are no active lunar volcanoes..
  And the pink moon dust can be explained as; "oxidation from iron in the rocks creates "rusty" brown or orange patches that can appear as warmer, reddish tones compared to the Moon's usual grey." And I will add to AI's conclusion regarding OXIDATION, as confirming that the rocks were imported from space, fragmented and originally from planets in which an oxygen atmosphere was present, so rusting the iron content....So not oxidised on the moon itself..obviously.
