  Back to some political commentary, with Friedrich Merz's recent address to Davos, which demonstrates that even he possesses a growing awareness of the need to improve Europe's policies, by obviously channelling his inner "Otto von Bismarck" and returning Germany to the common sense of realpolitik.....a highly successful statesman, Bismarck transformed the Germany and Europe of his day, making it globally, militarily and culturally relevant...with a massive industrialisation program...

  Pragmatism over idealism, is the way forward....Aquarius must eclipse Pisces...The ideals of Pisces no longer serve our civilisation and people.....we must become exponents of realpolitik, again.....if we want to survive, as nations and cultures..

  My dear chap.....well done...!! You're becoming a Novaman...the cells of the body literally rejuvenate, on these fasts...Intermittent is the baseline..which can lead to further prolonged fasts and super-fasting, too...When I completed a 110-hours fast recently I found that my appetite for food went to zero, especially from day four.....and happily came back on the re-feed, after the fast.....No ill effects...if done properly, it's a doddle....☺️

  I think I'm ready for the light chamber LOL
  I last ate Tuesday evening, so, I'm on prolonged fasting for three days.
  The first day was the hardest but as the ketone burning kicked in on the second day everything went smooth for me.
  Maybe I'll do 5 days prolonged fasting in two months, for now I'll try to stay on OMAD and it works ;)

  Astronomers have noted that the out-gassing from 3I/Atlas includes hydrogen (H2) and water, or H2O......I would suggest that like human respiration, water is included in exhaled gases.....and they have also noted that the levels of out gassing (or shall we suggest to them; exhaling,) remains consistent and not greater at perihelion...as with normal comets, which sublimate...
  It should be obvious to the astronomers by now, that this is not a comet, but a living, breathing being, exhaling water and carbon dioxide, while inhaling oxygen, through the anti-tail; light plasma beam snorkel, which absorbs ionised oxygen from solar discharges from the sun, and converts to oxygen molecules, or O2......
  
  Basically, it's a living, breathing, space faring being....a deva.....of the timelord class..
  
  It does not use it's exhaled breath to vector in space, though, as some seem to assume...
