  Yes, it's a fairly unpleasant deformation of the head, that for most of us, does not enhance beauty or "royal" status, in any way....It was particular to the imported royal/noble culture of the Beta Centaurians....from Hadar..and certainly not cosmically ubiquitous....
  And even among ancient tribes on Earth, in America, Africa and Asia, bone deformation was also considered "beautiful," and unlike the Hadar genetic manipulation version, adopting the practice of pressing a soft-boned, infant skull, is equally as mind boggling to us...No GFL star nation conducted, or conducts this type of gene manipulation on themselves and/or others.

  Of course, one's diet should always be a matter of free will and conscious choice...I'm not knocking that choice and good luck to vegans....I suspect that a vegetarian alternative is more nutritious choice, as gaps can be filled with dairy and eggs...Maybe some don't include these, but certainly, essential fatty acids such as DHA & EPA are not produced by the body and are needed for long term health....Flax seed is a source, and it's ALA.....HOWEVER, the conversion into a viable quantity, is low...Same with retinol from grass-fed butter...Essential for eye health, but lacking in sufficient quantities when converted by the body, from beta carotene (carrots...)
  
  And AI suggests the following and from my own researches, correctly:
  
  "Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is an essential, plant-based omega-3 fatty acid ( that the body cannot produce, requiring dietary intake. It is primarily found in flaxseed, chia seeds, walnuts, and vegetable oils (soybean, canola).   So vegans in particular, would seriously have to munch on flaxseed, every day to get a small move on the health dial, noting that EPA & DHA are abundant in omega 3 fatty acids in fish...such as wild caught salmon and sardines (two with the lowest concentrations of mercury.)
  And of course, selenium counters the effects of metals in fish, anyway...
  
  But good luck with whatever diet....I only posted this in response to rev Skirvin's recent rants against meat eating, on his status..countering his arguments...People still need to be informed, before making choices, is my take on it...
