If you don't have a definition about something, then you don't have a feeling about it.
So when you have the feeling of fear, or being under attack, you have to find out what the belief is that
is generating that emotional response. So when you have a feeling, the first step is to treat the feeling
not as an enemy, not as something to get rid of, but instead you must own it, you must accept it & you must allow it. Because you cannot change what you do not own! So first it must be alright to have the feeling. You can't supress it, you can't deny it, you can't just push it away. Once you have allowed the feeling
