I firmly beleive that in order to ascend you have to completely give up eating all meat. If you are looking for a protein suppliment simply eat some peanuts, or other kinds of nuts. They are 25 percent protein!

I frankly did find this message a little bit too fear laden and negative. I wish they could have actually given us a better idea of what is about to transpire instead of more or less just telling us some terrible things are about to transpire.

- i recently went to a sand sculpture exhibition, near the beach, and i took several photos and also im in some ot the photos. yes there were orbs in them.... although nothing like your beautiful coloured one. theyre mainly transparent white or with a bit of subtle colour in them. i was unaware of them while i was there.
have you ever seen ghost-appearing spirits?
