I am a massage therapist , that is mostly into energy work. My spiritual interests range. I'm just trying to live the best I can and learn Whatever this life path has for me.

I am mostly inspired by native American and wiccan teachings. I also inspired by energy work from eastern teachings. I've had family and friends who have helped me learn and grow. I've learned the most from Ren Matney a shaman, author and poet. who has studied many different spiritual practices. He has taught me the kind of teacher and healer I would like to be and has helped me improrove connection to the universal energy.
