  Hi Jose - As I am going through the Ascension process, I would like to request you to tell me about how to talk to Spirits. I know that I have the SPIRIT surrounding me all the time. The symptoms that I get are 1) I get a silver spark that runs in the corner of my left eye mostly and also in the peripheral vision 2) A gentle touch that runs across the face from left to right.
  
  While this has been happening since Jan 12th 2010, I do not know how to talk to them as I have no guidance here on the same. Appreciate your help on this. By the way, where in the US are you at? I have lived in the US for 7 yrs and returned back to India in 2006.

  Dear Jose - Yeah you are right. Though I am a Hindu, it was so real that I could see Jesus in my meditation very clearly for 10 seconds. With whatever the little knowledge that I have from looking at his pics from childhood, I figured out that it must be him. But, with the pic that you sent me, it resembles pretty much the same, coz he was so handsome that you can't find such a face anywhere on the earth. That was the day in my life, for the first time, I have understood that there was something more than what I know.
  Then my Ascension process started on Dec 4th. I have done heavy investigation on Ascension stuff and confirmed myself that.. YES I am going through it.
  I had spent about 7 yrs in the US before returning back to India but never had such spiritual intensions before. It all started on Aug 15th 2009... My first true meditation day and lasted till Dec 1st My true last meditation day!!!!
  Right now Since Dec 4th 2009, I am going through this painful process of having my light body created and don't know how long would this last.
