The National Security Agency (NSA) began under it's current name on November 4, 1952 at 9:00 AM.  There is a good argument that the NSA began at the time of the signing of the National Security Act of 1947 (which was signed by Harry Truman on July 26, 1947). But the impact of current astrology trends appears to be very well correlated with what is currently going on with the November 4, 1952 horoscope of the NSA.  Hence, I like the November 4, 1952 chart designated for the NSA, and the July 26, 1947 chart designated for the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency). The fact is that both the National Security Act of 1947 AND the CIA were created out of the Cold War tension between the U.S.A. and the U.S.S.R. (which began after WWII).

The chart has very good promise with the star of Antares rising at the Ascendant of 9 Sagittarius 29 minutes.  Antares is known as "Archangel Oriel" or "The Watcher of the West".  My notes state it is Mercury / Jupiter / Mars, and this is a good combination for defining "combat."  My notes also indicate honors, but also sudden losses and violence (according to Vivian Robson), and this is usually what happens with combat.

The Midheaven has the stars of Labrum ("honors; riches; dishonest income") and Alkaid ("death and mourning; natural catastrophes") very close to being directly overhead. Again, this combination states "combat," since there are energies of wealth and energies of occasional losses combined.

The trine of Mars (in the second house of current assets) with Jupiter (in the fifth house of speculation) indicates strong potential for success with obtaining financial funds needed for operations. Jupiter is in the sign of Taurus, and Taurus rules money and finance (AND use of debt; the possibility that Jupiter in Taurus indicating a lot of "IOU" notices is hence also probable.  This is because raiding the government treasury is an addiction with high level criminals, and this is why government attracts the wrong kind of people).

But Mars in the second house can indicate using up current assets (i.e. cash, current receivable accounts) in an active manner due to Mars demanding action in the second house. This is because Mars in the second house usually indicates an "active" bank account, as opposed to a conservative use of one's funds.

Mars, Saturn, and Uranus are all involved in a T-square, with the midpoint of Mars / Saturn ("hard work; death; frustration") equal to Uranus in the eighth house.  This formula suggests that technology (Uranus) will be used in a secretive way (the eighth house) that will involve much hard work and frustrations, and possible terminations.  Uranus rules technology, but it also rules surprises, firearms, rebellion, and advanced knowledge (and yes, Uranus also rules astrology).  Saturn is in the tenth and in the exalted sign of Libra.  But Saturn in the tenth house is the natural home for Saturn, and Saturn can be a very demanding force. This may be why Saturn in the tenth house can indicate rapid rises to power, but also incredible falls as well.  John F. Kennedy and Adolph Hitler were both born with Saturn in the tenth house, and they both reflect this rapid rises in power with incredible falls aspect.

Current Trends With The NSA

The current T-square going on between Uranus and Pluto (which began in 2011- 2012) had it's last and final exact 90 degree hit last December of 2014. This is the same square that transited over the NSA Chiron placement (at 8 Capricorn 34 minutes; "other worldly technology; alien or extraterrestrial related") in the NSA second house ("current assets; the bank account; financial sources") during September of 2013. This is after Edward  Snowden was granted asylum into Russia on August 1, 2013 (and after his public statement of his role with the NSA was released in June of 2013).  Note that the midpoint square between Uranus and Pluto began it's transit over the NSA Chiron position in February of 2013; Edward Snowden left Booz Allen Hamilton in May of 2013.

Prediction

The current Mercury retrograde (with Mars closing in on Mercury at this time, near the Descendant of the NSA)) is undoubtedly generating much debate at this present time within the ranks of the NSA, the media, and elected government leaders.  Also note that the current retrograde of Mercury is taking place in the twelfth houses of both the U.S.A. and C.I.A. horoscopes.  This could indicate exposure of "secret enemies and spies within the government," and yes, the cockroaches do run for cover when you turn on the lights.  But hey, these same cockroaches work with hard drives that are erasable and have friends on Wall Street.  Blame it on their lucky stars, as such wonders seem possible for such high level criminals within the government. 

Saturn is currently transiting the NSA twelfth house, and my interpretation is that this will be a difficult period for "secret enemies of the government" and "spies within the government" (which can include those spies that are the so-called "the good guys," whoever they may be (or if such exist and still work with the NSA)).  

Jupiter ("expansion; luck; success; excesses") is in the process of leaving the eighth house ("secret activities of the elite; secret conspiracies") and enter the ninth house ("higher education; long distance travel; the law; publishing") in June of 2015.  There will be a possible focus on law in some way with this organization with this future transit of Jupiter in the ninth house.

The NSA's T-square discussed earlier (Mars-Saturn-Uranus) may be experiencing stress due to the current square of Uranus and Pluto transiting over it at this time. Combine that with a current Mercury retrograde near the "area of open enemies" (which is the Descendant, at 9 Gemini 29 minutes) and you have "communications sources" as being defined as "the open enemy." And this will be  a potentially big problem going into the summer of 2015; there are people currently running for president who are starting to ask questions about why a person named Verizon Corporation has to turn over all taxpayer telephone records to a database in Utah without a warrant.

Pluto is now in the NSA second house, and money will be a serious issue (and a possible crisis issue) over the next year as Pluto transits over the NSA's Mars-Saturn-Uranus T-square.  This is despite the joke that purchasing new hard drives won't be a problem for the NSA, since a vast number of NSA hard drives are now empty due to that erasable function. 

Whether or not it means the end of the Patriot Act is a hard call, because the National Security Act of 1947 is still in place. If you want to attack the main head of the Medusa, you will have to go after the 1947 act signed by Truman on July 26, 1947, or make some very serious changes within this act. This is also the same act that started this international game of espionage that made James Bond famous, as well as Maxwell Smart. The problem is that our spooks have now creeped their way into the fabric of United States society, in the name of "fighting terrorism."  And now they may unfortunately know what sexual position is preferred by your mother, because they heard about it during a conversation between your mom and her sister. 

I say leave my freedoms alone, and I'll take my chances with the terrorists that knock on my door and try to sell me magazine subscriptions. I agree with Ron Paul. The Patriot Act must go.
