The addiction is the voice in the belly, the feeling of unquenchable hunger. That draws your attention to it to hide you from yourself.

This is what cigarettes do. They are a neurological anaesthetic. When the voice in the bely reaches a predetermined threshold of comfortability, You instinctively want to turn it down.

Because it becomes uncomfortable.

Hence smoking, or over/under eating, or heavy mobile phone use is not an addiction, but a symptom of the addiction.

When you treat it as such, taking control of the symptom becomes easier because it nullifies some of the connotations associated with being a cigarette addict.

Smokers burn their money and burn their health plus they effect the health of non-smokers.
Smokers need designated areas and no smoking to be allowed in public places which includes streets.
If smokers need to quit there is help offered in so many ways including hypnotherapy but most are not interested so carry on Smoking but not in public areas ..streets where non smokers are around

  I do not give a damn if they smoke but not near me or non-smokers like me.
  The problem is smokers do not give a damn that their habit may be unhealthy to non-smokers.
  There is lot of help and advice available to stop them smoking but most do not care.

The emission of named above is more polluting the air and cause more cases of cancer than a cigarette.

Yes, i do smoke and it doesn't statistically matter if you do or don't smoke, the chance that you

i recently stop smoking maryjane..i started smokin since i was 11 years than when i was 12 yers it was a daily thing...but im glad i stoped cuz im having lung problems now...i was alwayshigh 24/7 ....but now im sober..from maryjane...if they would of gave me weed for free ill make a tea or eat it but notsmoke it im donewith destroying mylungs..

Smokers pollute the air we breathe..dirty the envoirment with their ashes and fag ends and most important of all effect the health of others.
Smokers generally tend to use abusive language as the filth that goes in their mouth is the filth that comes out of their mouths.
Smokers need to be put in designated areas where these Bastards can smoke each other fumes to death.
Nearly everyday I am walking down the street minding my own business and on the way I have to keep dodging these smokers..I have to cross the road or find other routes but these careless bastards are all over the place.

I do not like Smokers at all as a lot of times I have been waking down the street and these smoking Bastards just smoke at you with no due respects for others.
I have to move away or cross over the road just to avoid them.
Smokers do not give a damn that they may be a nucience to non-smokers.
Give Up or Smoke in your homes where the chances are that you will start a fire....good riddance as you have no respect for others
