Aloe Vera Juice is very good for you but there are so many on the market so i have selected one that is SURELY ONE OF THE BEST AND THE REAL THING.
I take it daily as even if you take 2 to 6 Tablespoon a day a bottle will last you 3 weeks...refrigerate after opening.

Aloe Vera flowers are produced on a spike that grows up to 90cm tall.
The plants are harvested after 3-4 years growth when the nutritional ingredients (Polysaccharides, Vitamins and Minerals) are at their highest.
Aloe Vera is a succulent plant that is said to have originated in arid regions of North Africa. It is now widely cultivated and has become naturalised in many parts of the world. We source of Aloe Vera from this organic farm in eastern Australia.

What i am trying to suggest is to get the best quality because there are so many on the market and Pukka Herbs do one of the best one in the World
The one i have shown is of a very high standard....It is organic and only the inner essence of the leaf is used for the Aloe Vera Gel.
There are so many on the market and most of them are ok but not of a high standard nor very good quality.
The method you are using Sophie to get the gel is also good but is it organic grown to a high standard as the one i have shown above
natural aloe vera juice makes great combo when mixed with natural, freshly squized orange juice...............
Also.... Delicious added to smoothies, fruit juices or even on its own.
