  You are all a very important part of this process as the earth is preparing for her ascension and can use all the help she can get to raise her frequencies. And you are also very important for the ones that have not chosen the path of cosmic ascension at this time, as they will need a safe place to stay when the earth ascends. Only the ones ready for cosmic ascension will be able to hold the energies for that safe haven.

  The energies coming into your universe are ready to be integrated; all that most people are doing is accepting them and letting them flow through. You have to become one with everything, every part of you, and every part of you in this universe and beyond. This is not accomplished by just accepting the energies coming in. I would like to remind you about the path of many of the masters you are looking at for answers and guidance. They spend many lifetimes learning and becoming one with all that is. Integrating each and every part on themselves to finally ascend within the light body. At this moment we are aiming for complete cosmic ascension beyond the dimensions, beyond your universe. This means ascension with the physical body, which means bringing in each and every part of you into the 3rd dimensional physical body. Your 3rd dimensional physical body will become one with all that is. Your 3rd dimensional body will become the lightbody for ascension.

  All is a question of how to be connected : either you are switch off and you stay on wharf or you are switch on and you stay on board ! You may allow to be " trendy" with any form of information with your mind like a switch : what is the choice? As says recently Archangel Michael, the greatest event will not happen on 21/12/2012 but 2013 and no dramatic events take place. Stay on board of your self ship ! Have trust ! " You can serve only God not Mammon "

  The remainder of the next 2 months are providing the opportunity to surrender all fear as it is neutralized by the Waves of Love arriving in and through the 11-11, 12-12 & 12-21 Stargates that will so beautifully close out this year. Recall how we mentioned that 2009 was the ending cycle of duality. 2010 will deliver the Power of the God's Love in the New Year to truly make way for dualities energies to be lifted into the Trinity Consciousness of God's Will. This will be the fundamental theme for 2010. It doesn't mean that everything will be a "bed of roses" necessarily, what it does mean is that the acceleration of God's Will, God's Divine Plan is going to be the foundation of all the Energies moving through this next year.
  
  We will have the opportunity to expand more fully into our own God Consciousness and embody the energies of our individual God Will expression. We encourage you to continue to invite all of your higher aspects to integrate more fully into you, the individualized physical expression of the God that You Are! Open your heart and breathe through your crown chakra as in the Prana Breathing exercises and state out loud:

  Thanks for the invite dear Cmd *Lightspeed*, Your first SWITCHWORD must have been created for me. For months I could go to sleep anytime. Now for the past several weeks I have a terrible time going to sleep, relying on over the counter pills (which don't work) and my doctor has me taking Melatonin which isn't working either. I will be saying OFF tonight when I go to bed. Thank you dear one.
