  Hey Star, seems like im up between the hours of 6p and 8a my time, for the time being (which would be midnight to about 2pm your time).

  The situation you described with the Technologies not working for the Elite has to do with that 2nd axis of development ive been talking about (the degree of true Righteousness inside a person).

  The Creator designed things like this to harmonize at different levels, in order to even do certain kinds of things you need to be able to Resonate at a high enough Inner Frequency otherwise it just doesn't work.

  The good ETs have tried to introduce technologies on the planet before and they didnt work because people more or less only resonated at a certain level.

  Those people resonate only with their lowest 3 Chakras, clearly the specific technologies they are trying to use require the Mastery of some higher level Chakras - which they cannot do because if they had the Heart or their Throat chakra in order it would actually negate the evil inside them.

  (since the Heart would instill Compassion, and the Throat would instill Integrity).

   

  In this way GOD makes sure that the Capability to do certain things requires a level of Righteousness in the individual that would negate or limit their ability to Abuse those things.

  I mean they can be as highly evolved into Consciousness as they want (hell they could be 6D) and those things still wont work for them - more or less because they cannot be Trusted to use such technologies.

  This was the crux of using the "Yellow Cube" device which reads the future, only someone with a higher vibrating energy could use it, and even then the info they got would likely be faulty because the Divine would not choose to give information that would Serve those who wanted it (the Cabal).

   

  Take for instance that Special Thing that I am getting myself. In stories... such things usually come in the form of a magical Amulet or a Ring or a genie's wishing Lamp.

  These are things that can be stolen, taken, lost. A necessary condition for such power to be issued for those who do not have the Vibration to be trusted with it on a permanent basis.

  But I am of a high enough Inner Vibration that I can simply take that energy into Myself. I would say it does have to do with my Vibration, but at the same time it also qualifies me (I guess) to be able to have it rendered In This Fashion.

   

  Actually these sorts of things usually come in 3's... so I imagine there is a 3rd axis of assessing the development of any given being.
  1) Density of Consciousness
  2) Degree of Righteousness
  3) ?? Magnitude of Presence ??

   I am up out of bed have been watching Tour De France bit of 3D but has some important values to impart. Yes Star for me the Sacred diamond you see is the one depicted in the  11 12 13 All That Is Heart Star Gate Template Matrix which was confirmation for me when I found it. Nobody has yet comprehended the Sanctity or the importance of the Chart as it is just so Sublime.

  Someone has said, "the Universe has imagined it even better than you have." And we like to add to that: The Universe got all of its information about what you like from you, and it has remembered every piece of it and has put it together in perfect formation. And so, the things that are on their way to you are so much better than you even know that you want. And as you allow them, the essence all of these things that the Universe knows that you are wanting make their way to you and appear in perfect timing for you.

  ok: about this dimensions stuff... isnt it based and regulated by  awareness, conciousness, and something called frequency.... im assuming here the higher the vibrational frequency one has the more access one has to the upper levels. Thats what the wise one's taught too. I believe thats REAL myself. Cant speak for everyone else. lol

  Those in power; right now have some of the defect ET weapons they cant activate because they are simply not evolved conciously enough  to use... they wanna open portals; and so far they succeeded zilch... only managing to talk to the defect astrals....they've had every particle expert on the case; and still no luck. they cant move beyond this 3/4 awareness....
