An emptiness

About 2 months ago I started reading a book called "The power of Now",so that awareness is becoming more frequent everyday,for me.But these days I've been feeling something bad,like an "emptiness"... Feeling disconnected

For the last 2 years i've been feeling disconnected from so many things... i feel i am different from most people,i just can't stand the futile subjects people talk about,in my university,for example. I realized that most of their worries,and matters, are really distant from my conceptions of life. Now what?

Namaste to all, I recently joined this wonderful cyber-family and acknowledged my identity as a Pleiadian Starseed & my connection to the Ashtar Command. I first felt a connection with Ashtar during my Usui Reiki 1 attunement.I have a strong routine of spiritual practices already and am wondering where I should go now. i need your help

Hello, I am a 26 year old female and need a lot of help and advise. I have had anxiety and depression for a while and now it got so bad that i am going crazy, it comes and goes just like the mentally ills people in the hospital. I am not there yet but terrified about my future. I think i could maybe be diagnosed with obsessive compulsve disorder, anxiety and depression or scitzophrenia as i get intrusive thoughts that i will go crazy and i start going crazy with my behaviour.
