  hello,

   

  anyone here know how i can heal myself more? I have a really hard time sleeping and thinking of seeing a Shaman for de-possession or extraction. I think it will help me a lot. I use sage before I go to bed around me and my room, crystals around room (black tourmalines) and Celenite by my bed to help me sleep at night. also talk to my guides and listen to hypno tapes on insomnia before going to bed. Any other tips?

  Hey folks, wondering if anybody out there In asthar doe medical intutive reading.
  Having neck truoble right now. Doing the regular doctor bit and going to pt. Somehow im having realy bad probelems with my hearing. Been to both the neck doctor and ear doc. They say there two diffrent things. Been doing reiki on self,but syptoms dont seem to be going away. Kinda freaks me out abit when my hearing get whacked out. LIke to know what its about so i can release it.So if anybody can help. please get ahold of me.

  Many people learn to heal In different ways. Some use massage, reiki, reconnect therapy,the list goes on and on. If the gift you have works then go with it.Sometimes by trying to figure to much stuff out we can block our gifts from expressing themselves. be Blessed
