Dear Peekay .. The SWASTIKA is a very know ancient symbol. To tell the history of it would fill all this website so i suggest log on internet and you will find lot of info on it.
One thing to remember is that it is a very Powerful Symbol and very Auspicious nearly all the Hindu Gods are born with this sign inprinted under their feet along with a few more symbols meaning they are from Higher Dimensions and are very special. Lord Vishnu the Sustainer of the Universe has this Symbol under his feet and he is the Lord of the Universe. Hitlar and the Nazi's also used this symbol but for there own motives instead of for the good of all and hence this is one of the reason's that they suffered in the end.
