  That blood sacrifice stuff and hearts torn out to keep the spirit trapped......that is so 4D, so astral, so fearful, so lower vibration.
  Once you are ascended in consciousness and touched by the Light, there is no going back, you will go to the Light, you will enter 5D and the heavenly realms, it is the only place you fit in. Even if your heart was torn out while alive, your spirit would go to the Light...who cares about the earth heart when you are in God's heart.

  My opinion is the focus on this video is 3D and 4D. It is an exploration of the connection to the astral world, but it is missing focus on and connection to heavenly 5D+ realms

  The spiritual world is every bit as real as the physical world, there is no "death" only transition, another birth in another form in another environment in the same eternal life
