Thank you for the Post Olga. Very basic and very informative and I am so thankful for the
Hydrochloric Acid in my stomach that sees to the breakdown of everything I digest. I have been
having Green Magma and Spirulina to get my Iron. I will run a magnet I have over my Buckwheat
Cereal I have which is Organic and see if I get any Iron Filings. In saying that you realize there is
no way we can drink Hydrochloric Acid but if we become too Acid in our diet we get ulcers.
This is why I am staying on Alkaline Food. Cheers and a Happy Healthy and Prosperous New Year

I have seen the magnet thing before where someone actually moved the flakes around but not to this extent of actually removing the iron filings. I mean you have got to be kidding me man. I let my kids eat this crap! WOW
