During a Saturday evening Satsang at Yoga Vidya in Bad Meinberg, Germany, Anne chanted Ave Maria. A spiritual song to the worship of the Holy Mother. Immerse yourself in the sensible energy of the Divine Mother's love. At Yoga Vidya it is common to sing twice a day in the Satsang. Before mantra singing the Satsang starts with a guided meditation. Equally there are regulary Yoga classes with a deep relaxation at the beginning and the end.
