The way out of the mind is to become aware of the mind and its mechanism, memory, imagination, thoughts, desires, fantasies. The traffic is there, continuously going on. You have just to stand by the side and watch whatsoever is passing, with no judgment, with no evaluation. Just a silent mirror reflecting whatsoever is passing by... without any commentary, just watching.
In the beginning it seems difficult because our habit is of continuously commenting. But just a little patience, sitting silently, doing nothing, just watching - it comes. And when it comes it opens a totally new dimension.
