since the 1940's earth has been in contact with many e.t. families and all seem to have given promises of helping us and the earth, for it is badly needed now.

so this promise of help to me is the """talk the talk" part of their non-involvement excuse , well maybe thu their thick skulls they might realize it is the time for the next phase of keeping their honor of their word with the next phase """walk the walk"", or just shut up the rhetoric of promises, and if they can show us who are of good souls to have weapons or tools to change this world away from the tyrants who use bio-weapons, bombs, etc. just for greed and power over others. that atomic poison killing the pacific ocean is not a laughing matter, and if they think and believe there was a more important topic than this, then i must say, there are only monkeys in those spaceships not the humans who build them.
