  Abraham's response may be all well and good, but I imagine the questioner would have liked some more information on what we have for so long heard about: the Galactic Federation and its purpose, interest in earth, who are members etc etc. While I usually appreciate Abraham's message, this answer fell short of expectations for me.

  Yeah, that is true, but words are meant to show you how to know yourself, or else you would never have direction. No one can really fly solo, but when you are carried it ends up being destructive also. Find a balance therein, the Galactic command can only channel through you knowledge that you already know. So I really don't see a point in channeling for the most part.
