If you think of Gaia (The Earth) as a living being going through a transformation, from a subjugate being to a sovereign and more enlightened being. Thats Gaias Ascension prosess.. So when Gaia reach her final rebirth all beings on her surface must do the same, or die fysically.. Gaia, the sun and our Galaxy going through the same Ascension prosess.. Since oyur body is a part of Gaias body, wisdom keepers says that we have to go out of our head and into our heart.To Ascend with Gaia.

There's one thing I don't understand: How the heck does the vibration from within your heart become in perfect resonation with the heart of the sun, Earth and universe? It sounds like a lie to me.
