Beautiful Mother Earth we send you love, light and healing not only to you but also to humanity and all living things, sending you rainbow colors of healing, we also send support in our meditations as we all ascend together as a family all with the same goal to higher frequencies going home - thank you
I enjoyed this meditation so much, I almost cried at the end. I wish so much for this beautiful planet to be as beautiful as She really is, and us to remember it and help Her recover. It's our main duty at this time, along with staying away of all the madness around us. It will pass shortly, and then we'll remember it like a bad dream, but still in which we've learned so much

Tingling sensations, opening of things, change of sleeping patterns, food changes, lifestyle changes. Started mediatation not long ago. See it as something I have to do. I want to do. Even when I don't want to. I want to.
I am in this mist every day during meditation. At first just for a few seconds, now I can stay for about 5 minutes, and I will keep on practicing. I know I'm on my way. The information always follows my experience. It's ok whatever you want to believe. We will all meet again. Soon.
