  No disrespect intended, but the vid above is a fake and one that has done the rounds....as indicated by members in the thread below...

  The real story of the so-called "Norway spiral," is here at the provided link...That was real and an example of a prototype plasma vortex technology, later to be rolled-out globally, at the time for human guardianship training and a wider manifestation of human environmental responsibilities...
