Nothing will have changed; the theme of "arguments and debates in the environment" continues to prevail in D.C. (but starts to weaken after the second week in November 2025). Pluto is transiting the 2nd House at the time of this Full Moon, and thus Pluto Sesquiquadrate Midheaven (in red ink above) may indicate a crisis (or transformation) in the current budget situation in Washington D.C. either this week or probably the next week. My analysis from last week called for this budget crisis to be resolved in late November 2025 (hopefully sooner). The good news is that the window for public violence has passed for now with the Mercury/Mars midpoint transiting away from a direct Opposition with Uranus. But this window for public violence may return again in late November 2025 as emergency funds start to run out. I will leave it at that.
