This will be tricky, since the Ascendant moves 1/4 of one degree (or 15 minutes [15']) each minute of clock time, with 60 minutes (60') equal to one degree on the zodiac dial (and thus it takes about 4 minutes clock time for the Ascendant to move one degree on the zodiac dial). Using +/- 15 seconds clock time for 2:15 pm, I came up with 2:15:15 pm as being very significant with this event. Below is the basic horoscope of the D.C. Conclusion
The environment of the event (White House) concerned a conflict on November 26, 2025 (at a time of 2:15:15) that involved the military, and this conflict was a murder (and a mean act) by a foreigner. It was a very mean act, and a tragedy. There is probability that this act was a result of very mean acts that originated at very high levels of government (per current administration or prior administration). I am personally horrified that a mindset has set in with weak-minded people that murder is somehow good for society. Certain people have to be careful with what they consider as entertainment. Society (and not mainstream media) has a right to put a thumbs down on certain types of entertainment (which includes many video games and some late night television shows). This is because the mind is a terrible thing to waste, and society of today has an awful lot of wasted minds involved in both the mainstream media and entertainment.
