Ive heard in many places about 'coming from the future' in Starseed or Indigo areas and forums it didnt click until recently when someone mentioned something on Facebook. Dr. Goldberg Has a published series on this ENTIRE THEORY via HYPNOTIST sessions he has directed. His series are for improving a better life (quit smoking...etc.) and are good(on tape mostly, I think I had ONE copy of something on the ESSEX, but I forget what.).
Now, A LOT has happened since then(and from what I hear, some people have disconnected with thier ALLIANCE partners since..something I wish would get corrected for.) and I wont bore you with the details.
So this isnt some NEW idea, this Ascension and people from the future(the future US) helping us from 5D.
Even beings like Mother Sekhmet(and those like her) , CDR Ashtar and others seem to agree on this. So if you need some help in connecting, reach out to good ole Doc.
What I cannot understand, is that if one is 5D like everyone is TOUTING....HOW THE HELL does one GET STUCK in a 3D world in a 3D BODY? Its just not possible.5D still has a reality and a physical sense, but one OUTSIDE of our awareness, OUTSIDE of time itself. Last I checked even with the ALLIANCE you would need to hand carry a device to 'TUNE' yourself to cause a shift like that, to get stuck back into 3D. I dont know.
As I said, I CANT REMEMBER what happened.EVEN the NSA has disclosed recently that they cant quite make out what message they have gotten from ET spacecraft(although openly admitting A51s' operations and existence in the process).
