There is a lot of energy that needs shifting at this time. Many of us are feeling the most challenging aspects of our lives facing us and creating what feels like a block to inner peace and a stable reality.
More than ever we must understand that the compressions being experienced is coming from the duality of our collective past, and clearing itself to make space for an entirely new chapter in our soul's creativity
If we can keep creating during these times - one moment at a time - there will be a clearing of the opposition to our Freedom.
One breath, one movement, one word at a time, we make our way to the next portal. The journey can be exciting, even in the worst of times, if we can see it for what it is. All opposition creates the focus of energy that builds the creative power within our Heart.
One day we will no longer require this kind of pressure - but while in the denser matter, we work with Force and Form, and are only now remembering the Laws that govern the integration of our higher soul powers.
We can take it slow, feel our way through it and honor ourself to the fullest. We'll keep expanding our light, even in our stillness and stuck-ness and never allow the pressure to cause us to doubt the power within us.
When we stop and take care of ourself, we connect with our true frequency, and receive the support of our family of love. We are never alone or abandoned on this journey. Never.
