HAARP is the test run for a super powerful radio wave beaming technology that lifts areas of the ionosphere by focusing a beam and heating those areas. Electromagnetic curves then bounce back into earth and penetrate everything living and dead. HAARP publicity gives the impression that the High-Frequency Active Aurora Research Project is mainly an academic communications for the good of the USA.
However, other U.S. documents put it more clearly: HAARP has learned how to “exploit the ionosphere for department of defense purposes.” Communication with submarines is only one of these purposes. But in reality the normally upward directed ionosphere research instrument (IRI) transmissions can raise the internal body temperature of nearby people; ignite road flares in the trunks of cars; detonate aerial munitions used in electronic fuses and scramble air craft communications, navigation and flight control systems. HAARP is perhaps the most dangerous experiment undertaken by the U.S. defense department with the exception of the first explosion of the atomic bomb.
Related research by Begich and Manning (from the book Angels Don’t Play This HAARP) uncovered bizarre schemes. For example, “U.S. Air Force documents revealed that a system had been developed for manipulating and disrupting human mental processes through pulsed radio-frequency radiation (the stuff of HAARP) over large geographical areas. Eastland’s patent said the technology can confuse or completely disrupt airplanes and missiles’ sophisticated guidance systems.
“Further, this ability to spray large areas of earth with electromagnetic waves makes it possible to knock out communications on land or sea as well as in the air. Thus, this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the earth’s atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain that power injection level particularly if random pulsing is employed. It is possible not only to interfere with third party communications but to take advantage of one or more such beams to carry out a communications network even though the rest of the world’s communications are depleted.
“Large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned forces with resultant destruction.” Weather modifications are possible by, for example, altering upper-atmospheric wind patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing devise. Molecular modifications of the atmosphere can take place so that positive environmental effects can be achieved. Begich found 11 other Association for Preservation Technology International (APTI) patents. These told how to make “Nuclear-sized explosions without radiation,” power-beaming systems, over the horizon radar detection systems for missiles carrying nuclear warheads and electromagnetic pulses. This cluster of patents underlay the HAARP weapon systems.
The mental disruption possibilities for HAARP are most disturbing says Bigech, and the most telling material came from Zbigniew Brzezinski over 35 years ago who said that with HAARP “one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations in selected regions over an extended period. No matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate behavior for national advantages, to some the technology’s permitting such use will probably develop within the next few decades.” And it now has. It will be “a more controlled and directed society.” His forecasts proved accurate.
Today a number of new tools for the “elitist” are emerging. The policies to permit the tools to be used are already in place. Among the “stepping stones” Brzezinski expected were persisting social crisis and use of the mass media to gain the public confidence. The U.S. Air Force claims: “The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide-ranging and can be used in many military or quasi military situations. Some of these potential uses include dealing with terrorist groups, crowd control, controlling breaches of security at military installations, and anti-personnel techniques in tactical warfare. In all of these technology cases the EM (electromagnetic) system would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation.
In addition the ability of individuals to function could be degraded to such a point that they would be combat-ineffective. Another advantage of EM systems is that they can provide coverage over large areas with a single system. They are silent and counter measures to them will be difficult to develop. One last area where EM radiation may prove of some value is in enhancing abilities of individuals for anonymous phenomenon.”
Keep in mind that “HAARP” is the most versatile and the largest radio-frequency transmitter in the world. And the frequency needed for penetrating the earth with radiation is also the range most cited for disruption of human mental functions. When these radio-frequencies are aimed at a person or group they can cause any part of the body to fail, even the mind, according to the frequency wave they set the radio transmitter on. So there are possible interactions for HAARP’s radiations with the ionosphere and the earth’s magnetic grid. Another problem is that HAARP could and will affect the resonance of the earth’s energy grids, which could prove to be very dangerous for the earth and her people.
Also, if the earth’s ionosphere is greatly disturbed the atmosphere below is subsequently disturbed. Another scientist puts it this way: “Earth is spinning relative to thin electric shells of the multilayer membrane of ionospheres that absorb and shield earth’s surface from intense solar radiation, including charged particles, storms in solar winds erupting from the sun. Earth’s axial spin means that HAARP – in a burst lasting more than a few minutes – will slice through the ionosphere like a microwave knife. This produces not a hole but a tear – an incision.” This means we will no longer be protected. Our shield will be down and that means anything and everything could happen. We are opening up Pandora’s Box blind folded.
“Chem.-trails” play a part in HAARP too. Even the U.S. government admits that the chem.- trails left in the sky helps HAARP to be able to bounce these high frequency radio waves back down to earth. And they admit that the “chem.-trails” may have some harmful affects on us humans and others down here, but they say it is minimal. Oh boy, what a lie. Read between the lines folks.
For the most part, this HAARP chapter has been taken from many reports often made 10 to 30 years ago. But there are more modern sources like the internet and videos, which prove that not only are these weapons being tested, but they are being used and are now fully functional. I also have the book Angels Don’t Play This HAARP. But all of this information is kept quiet and secret from the public. I hope I have presented the enormous danger inherent in these weapon systems, thanks to all these folks who have done their homework. The “elitist” are continuing their use of them on us. We have to stand up and say, “No, we don’t want it any more.”(see update insert)
HAARP is being tested on us even here in Belize. When they turn it on and bounce the waves down here it sort of sounds like a siren going off in the distance, similar to an emergency siren sound. It seems far away and yet we can hear it and when we turn around in a circle, we can’t tell which direction it’s coming from. That’s because it’s not coming from down here, but from up there in the sky. It can cause nausea and dizziness and much more if they turn it up. Maybe they don’t want to because of all the military bases at Pine Ridge that are 20 to 30 miles away from where I live.
There is some protection against HAARP. If we have a metal roof house to get under, the signal fades to 50 percent and our minds won’t pick it up. We’re safe. That’s good for us in the third world because most houses have metal roofs. You can also glue aluminum foil to your ceilings like I did in my fiberglass RV. For protection.
