Horoscopes to be looked at include Joan Crawford, J. Edgar Hoover, George H.W. Bush, 1st civilian CIA director Allen Dulles, Dwight Eisenhower, George Patton, John F. Kennedy, Paramahansa Yogananda, Al Capone, Paul Newman-Joanne Woodward (composite), Ronald Reagan-Nancy Reagan (composite), Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, Justice Antonin Scalia, Michelangelo, and LSD guru Timothy Leary. Note that there are MANY asteroids in the asteroid belt; the four asteroids used in this report are the ones most commonly used in astrology. Here are the four asteroids to be used, and common themes associated with them (which can be good or bad, depending on how one works with the horoscope energies they are born with).

Joan Crawford: "Mommy Dearest."

Below are my notes. Joan Crawford once stated that she sincerely believed her mother never loved her, and this may have been the basis for the lessons that she passed on to her children (represented by Ceres). The Yod formation (in gray below) features Ceres near the Mc, and this lack of love learned from the mother may have been the rationale for the book "Mommy Dearest" (which revealed Joan Crawford to be many things, and a good mother was not one of them. The author of this book was disinherited). Drawn in pink below, the sexual addiction of Crawford (which she claimed was a part of her health and well-being) may be represented by the Sun Conjunction Vesta placement since Vesta rules Scorpio areas (which include sexual activity) and the Sun represents one's health and vitality. This Conjunction is forming a Square with Neptune ("glamour") in the 8th House ("sexual activity"). Joan Crawford (a mother) reportedly valued herself highly for her sexuality with many in Hollywood, and she was reportedly angry when Marilyn Monroe told her that "women didn't do anything for me." 

J. Edgar Hoover: "mother said don't be a daffodil."

Per notes below (written in gray), J.Edgar Hoover had disappointing transformation due to the lessons learned from the mother figure with a T-Square of Moon ("the mother-figure") with a  Ceres Opposition (Neptune Conjunction Pluto) placement. Vesta (in orange below) forms a T-Square with the Nodal Plane. This strongly suggests a need for connection with "secret activities that may or may not be criminal in nature." Finally, The Part of Fortune is strongly connected with Black Moon Lilith activities due to the Black Moon Lilith Square Part of Fortune placement (within 1/2 degree). Note that Black Moon Lilith has similar secretive Scorpio energies as does Vesta, and thus Black Moon Lilith can also represent "secret activities that may or may not be criminal in nature."

 George H. W. Bush: "Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective — a new world order — can emerge: a new era, freer from the threat of terror, stronger in the pursuit of justice, and more secure in the quest for peace."

Drawn in gray below, George H.W. Bush has a Sextile Fan of a Ceres Conjunction Chiron placement (Forming a Trine with the Part of Fortune), and the midpoint of this Sextile Fan is near a combination of Mars and the Nodal Plane within two degrees of the Descendant ("the area of open enemies"). This placement implies that George H.W. Bush was raised in an environment (As/Ds plane) in which much conflict or danger was present (Mars Conjunction Ds), and the lessons fearned from the mother-figure (Ceres) may have to do with "intelligence agency connections (Chiron) that would lead to fortune (Part of Fortune)." Drawn in pink below, Venus Sesquiquadrate Vesta is strong and defines "stress involving secretive or intelligence-gathering groups or organizations."

Allen Dulles: "an intelligence service is the ideal vehicle for a conspiracy."

Similar to J. Edgar Hoover, Allen Dulles has a hard aspect between Black Moon Lilith and the Part of Fortune (drawn in black below). This strongly suggests that fortune to be made by Dulles would concern "secret activities that may or may not be legal." Drawn in pink below, Vesta (which also rules "secret activities that may or may not be legal") is the main focus of the midpoint Mars/Neptune ("activities involving deception; con artistry"). This midpoint is 4 minutes away from equality.

Dwight Eisenhower: "if you want total security, go to prison. There you're fed, clothed, given medical care, and so on. The one thing lacking .. is freedom."

Drawn in purple below, Pallas is the center focus of a Grand Trine of Mercury and Jupiter. This points out success in military areas; note that Pallas forms a Square to the Part of Fortune (and this a similar Square with the Black Moon Lilith Square Part of Fortune placement on J. Edgar Hoovers chart. Eisenhower had a conflict with the military industrial complex (and it helped make his fortune), and Hoover had a conflict with organized crime (and they helped make his fortune).

George Patton: "it is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather we should thank God that such men lived."

George Patton was born with Sun Conjunction Pallas, strongly suggesting an attention on military areas. George Patton's climb to power in the U.S. Army was largely due to bravado and his knowledge with the art of war. But take note:  Patton got a lot of help with military promotions via his connections in the prestigious neighborhood communities he lived in before getting the rank of U.S. General. Drawn in purple below, the Moon rules "neighborhood communities" in addition to "the customers and/or employees." Thus, the combination of Moon/Pallas (on the As/Ds plane) can take on the meaning of "a military community" as well as "military employees." Tanks may be symbolized with Chiron/Vesta; Chiron rules state of the art technologies (at that time) and Vesta rules Scorpio traits of "death" and "transformation via crisis."

John F. Kennedy: “I will splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the winds” (stated after the Bay of Pigs disaster, which was claimed by many to be a disaster due to JFK's refusal to give air support for this very secretive military activity).

Note the previous definition of Mercury/Jupiter (with Eisenhower's chart) defining "good news." Jupiter can rule legal areas as well as luck, and when combined with Mercury this combination can define "legal intent" or "communications involving the law." Drawn in purple below, this Mercury/Jupiter definition of "legal intent" (in the 8th House, which rules intelligence work) forms a Square ("conflict") with Pallas/Black Moon Lilith ("secret military activities that may or may not be legal"). Thus, JFK was going to have a big conflict with secret military activities that were probably done behind his back. Drawn in gray below, the Trine of Ceres Conjunction Moon with the North Node indicates the strong connection JFK had with his family.

Paramahansa Yogananda: "the wise do not indulge in grief for things that are inevitably changeable and evanescent. Those who always weep and complain that life is filled with bitter things reveal the narrowness of their minds." 

Drawn in green below, the Libra aspect of groups (Chiron) and healing aspect of Chiron (in its ruling sign of Virgo) are within 5 degrees of the Ascendant. This suggests "involvement with groups or organizations involved in healing" (via advanced technology ways, such as yoga. And yes, astrology and tarot also fall under this Chiron definition of "advanced technology" as well). Drawn in purple below, the Pallas Sesquiquadrate Uranus aspect is strong. This may define "stress with a revolutionary or advanced type of craft." The midpoint of this Sesquiquadrate falls within 2 degrees of the Sun, and within 3 degrees of the Part of Fortune.

Al Capone: "a lawyer and his briefcase can steal more than ten men with guns."

Drawn in pink below, Al Capone was born with Saturn Conjunction Mc, and Saturn near the Mc is often found in horoscope charts of those making spectacular rises to power (along with sometimes equally spectacular falls from such power). Neptune rules alcohol, and Neptune is within 3 degrees of forming an Opposition with this Saturn. Saturn rules government, and there was obviously some sort of trade-off or hard choice made by government regarding Capone's activities with alcohol. Al Capone was naive and oblivious to this threat; Capone was known to once state that "bootleging is when alcohol is delivered on trucks. Hospitality is when alcohol is served on a tray." Drawn in green below, Capone's association with houses of prostitution and lawyers may have to do with a T-Square of the Ascendant ("the environment") applying to an Oppositon of Venus/Juno ("groups of people involved with certain types of relationships" [i.e. "prostitution organizations AND law firms"]) and Pluto ("secretive activities that may or may not be criminal in nature; sexual activity"). This may explain for the presence of lawyers (and sometimes prostitutes) accompanying Capone at inportant public occassions. Drawn in black below is the hard Opposition of the Sun with Mars/Black Moon Lilith. In addition to Capone's fixation or focus on sex, his health (Sun) suffered due to his sex addiction (Mars/Black Moon Lilith). Capone died due to the slow destructive nature of venereal disease impacting his brain.

Paul Newman / Joanne Woodward

Juno sometime rules relationships and marriage potential. The Sun can represent "the man in a woman's life" and the Moon can represent "the woman in a man's life." Note the 8th Harmonic aspects of Juno applying to these respective points in green and pink arrows below:

Ronald Reagan / Nancy Reagan

Juno rules Libra, and Libra is said to be a part of an astrology "ying-yang" that involves Aries in an Aries/Libra relationship need (and/or need for conflict). Mars rules the sign of Aries and is in Conjunction with Juno (which rules the sign of Libra). The North Node represents a "connection in the environment," and Juno Conjunction North Node may define a strong relationship connection.

Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor: "the freedom to criticize judges and other public officials is necessary to a vibrant democracy."

Drawn in green bellow, the legal side of Juno is revealed with O'Connor having a 99 % perfect Sesquiquadrate between Jupiter and Juno. The midpoint of this Sesquiquadrate is within 2 degrees of the natal Sun position. Note the hard Square between Saturn and Uranus (drawn in black); Saturn/Uranus is often described as "war" and "conflicts with the government."

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia: “tyrannies have long lists of rights. What they do not have is structural restraints on the power of government.”

Drawn in green below, the formula for "one's craft" can be defined with Mercury/Venus, and this midpoint forms a hard Square ("conflicts") with Juno ("areas of the law"). Sun Square Jupiter (in black below) features Jupiter in the 2nd House (which rules areas [in this case law] where one may make their money). The Sun Square Jupiter placement may thus define attention on conflicts in areas of the law, somewhat similar to the Square between Mercury/Venus with Juno.

Michelangelo: "every beauty which is seen here by persons of perception resembles more than anything else that celestial source from which we all are come."

Drawn in pink below, the art aspect of Libra comes through with Venus Opposition Juno on Michelangelo's chart (and note Juno is in the ruling sign of Libra, and near the Mc). Drawn in gray below, Saturn rules buildings (and stone), and the T-Square of Saturn applying to the Nodal Plane (with Vesta on this plane) may indicate success with sculpture and building works. The reputation or legacy for a connection with art is revealed with North Node/Juno (in green below), and another connection with art crafts is revealed with Pallas Square Moon (drawn in purple below).

Timothy Leary: "I would say that 80 percent of my movements, 80 percent of the decisions I made were suggested to me by CIA people."

Drawn in black below, Timothy Leary obtained a great customer base (ruled by the Moon) thanks to the popular success of the 1960's LSD drug intoxication fad (ruled by Jupiter/Neptune) relished by young people at that time. The Moon is within 1/2 degree of applying to the Jupiter/Neptune midpoint. Drawn in green below, the exact Sesquiquadrate of Juno with Chiron implies a stressful connection with Juno-types of groups of people (funding grants) connected with an intelligence agency source (Chiron). Drawn in pink below is a T-Square of Chiron Conjunction Part of Fortune applying to an Opposition of Vesta/Black Moon Lilith ("very secretive activities that may or may not be illegal") with Pluto/Ceres ("lessons learned from the mother figure concerned transformation via crisis").
