The joy and love you seek must first be found within. When you have come to understand and truly realize what is held in the deeper realms of your heart center, the streams of love of your Soul and their radiance become endless. The ocean of bliss within remains undisturbed by the occurrences of the external world.

The current reality you find yourself in at this time is due to your own vibrational frequency. It is your own creation. There is of course nothing wrong with your creation, for it serves a great purpose, to you and in this particular lifetime. So be grateful for the world you find yourself in, and do not resist its lessons.

What is present in your unique and personal Universe are millions of mirrors(versions of realities), in order to assist you for further growth and expansion. What is seen by you in the outer world, are reflections of energetical aspects you hold within yourself. Whether pleasant and joyful, or unpleasant and cause for anger.

These are what bring one to a trigger point, for which you should be thankful. For in truth you are seeing a representation of old energies lingering inside you, unhealed aspects of you, from this and previous lifetimes.

Naturally for most humans it is the instinctive response to get angry, to reject, and go on the offensive, with episodes of resentment for days to come. When instead, a pause is required, and would be best, trying to understand what just happened, and why. While remaining in the present moment, detached from your past, and holding space for compassion.

Emotional triggers are your clearest sign that you still have pockets of unhealed traumas and low energies residing within you. Whether you see the beauty(purity) in another person or situation, or you see the beast(polluted energies), it is a reflection of what you may still be holding somewhere within yourself.

In order to begin the healing process, pay attention to your thoughts and bodily reactions when the trigger occurs. Try to understand if it is due to past events and situations or present experiences, or the lack of something.

Observe yourself and responses with compassion, not judgement. See what is being presented as an opportunity, instead of as a challenge. And say thank you for the triggers, for they are showing you what remains hidden and needs your attention for healing.
