Resentment is like tricky ropes, tricky ropes that keep bringing the past into the now, they twist around you, creating obstacles, relying on old patterns and ways of thinking.
It's a challenge.
I'm also bipolar and have managed to change the old patterns.
Every time resentment boils up, I purposely change my attitude to one of understanding and one of dismissing it as
old stuff and baggage I no longer carry.
I've been having very vivid dreams of people I know and have met, in my dreams I'm always travelling somewhere and something is always going wrong, I forget my handbag somewhere and have to run for miles to find it, or my car breaks down and I end of walking and hiking and getting lifts from strangers, and in all these dreams, there are people I get on with very well and some people I somehow resented.
When I wake up, I remember my dreams, and strangely enough the people I previousely resented and who appeared in my dreams, seem to dissolve out of my life or my resentment towards them dissolves.
I suggest you go with the flow and work it !
Work through the reasons of the resentment and negativity, work it Amelia !
