Reaching out

As a light worker to me this means helping those that might be stuck in past traumas and events, which are blocking them from the true realization that they are divine and very powerful. They just forgot, we all just forgot, we are in the spiral of self punishment, disconnection from source creator.

The further away this connection is the more we have symptoms of dis-ease we are attached to the negative collective consciousness that says we are in lack, in need and ill health. TV shows us at each turn that this is the normal.

News shows us we live in fear of tomorrow, when what is needed is to be present in the now, in today, for it is the intention of having the now be as positive and free of negativity that we start pouring into the collective consciousness a new thought of happiness and peace. The seed grows as we hold this as strongly as possible in the now.

It is all about the now, seeing and feeling the NOW as wonderful peaceful, free, getting our vibration up helps all around us, we are the beacons, we are the way showers, we are our future, we have the power.

Please limit your TV time and when you do give in and watch it, pick up lifting things and be an observer in all you do and see.

Turn to music that lets your heart and spirit soar, take at least 10 minutes each day to go into silence.

Get back in touch with nature, get outside and appreciate all the plants, trees, sky and earth.

Meditation has been proven to give you peace in your body.
More Benefits:
It lowers oxygen consumption.
It decreases respiratory rate.
It increases blood flow and slows the heart rate.
Increases exercise tolerance in heart patients.
Leads to a deeper level of relaxation.
Good for people with high blood pressure as it brings the B.P. to normal.
Reduces anxiety attacks by lowering the levels of blood lactate.
Decreases muscle tension (any pain due to tension) and headaches.
Builds self-confidence.
It increases serotonin production which influences mood and behavior. Low levels of serotonin are associated with depression, obesity, insomnia and headaches.
Helps in chronic diseases like allergies , arthritis etc.
Reduces Pre- menstrual Syndrome.
Helps in post-operative healing.
Enhances the immune system.
Research has revealed that meditation increases activity of 'natural-killer cells', which kill bacteria and cancer cells.
Also reduces activity of viruses and emotional distress.

So I urge all of us to do a SILENCE Mediation. At least once a day.
Known best times are Sunrise and Sunset.
I feel morning when you first get up is best because you just came from a close connection to you and other realms, also you are closer to that meditative state, so going back intentionally is easier.
How?
Sit with back straight and take deep breaths, follow your breath in and out focus on the feel of your breath as is comes in through your nose and returns back out. This helps to clear your mind, set your intention to remain focused on your breath with a clear mind. Feel your breath going all the way down to your stomach and then flowing slowly out.
Some also keep a tone of ah or om (in your head) as they are doing this.
Experiment with this and find what is right for you.
