Greetings everyone! A day of blessings it is, as the open heart welcomes the light and love of Source, all flows with ease. Expansion through love is being Divine Will, allowing the Divine to carry you where you are needed most, and more aligned with your Higher Self.
You begin to anchor yourself in higher realities as your DNA begins to accept the higher light through the activation of the High Heart. Mantras to help in clearing this area. “I am open to divine love.” “I have an open heart.” “I forgive myself & others.” “I love myself.”
“I am a compassionate being.” You can invite the Elohim, Archangels, Ascended Masters to shine their light love on this area, ask them for help in activating your High Heart. You can also use crystals, stones by placing/holding them in this area. Rose Quartz, Kyanite.
I’m sure there are many stones, crystals which help, though these resonate more. Another thing you can do; record yourself saying the mantras offered above, listen to it with headphones. You also can use the 528hz frequency with the intent of healing, activating the High Heart.
The breath is key to shifting your frequency. When your focus is the heart center, where intent originates, as you do this, you activate this center, becoming open to Divine love, higher wisdom, forgiveness, compassion, aware of your soul’s purpose for this lifetime.
It is all about the Heart Center; the energies of your High Heart, also known as the Etheric Heart, the place where the Light Matrix of your Soul is anchored, associated with the area of your thymus gland.
It is through balancing, activating, and harmonizing these energies within the Heart Center that you begin to gain stable, permanent access to the Fifth Dimensional timelines.
The Heart Center serves as the bridge between your human self and your higher consciousness, allowing divine intelligence, unconditional love, and higher frequencies to flow into your everyday reality.
As these energies become integrated, fear gives way to inner peace, clarity, compassion, and a deeper awareness of your true nature. From this state, you are no longer merely seeking higher consciousness, you begin to embody it.
First thing I will say, deep breathing is paramount during meditation. Next is intent & focus. With focus on the heart center in this case. You can place both hands, right on top of left on your chest. You can bring your thumb and index finger together of your left hand, place them one inch below the V of your collar bones. Visualizing a golden rose within your heart center, as you breathe, see it expand, blossom. You can tap this center with your index finger repeatedly as you breathe. These are just a few ideas to help you remain focused on the area.
Open your heart, love yourself. Unlearn the love of the mind, learn the love of the heart. Learn, the love you feel for an infant, for an adorable animal, learn to feel this love for every human being, for nature, for all animals, for all life.
The more you align with your heart center, the more of the higher frequencies you will experience. Finding yourself in timelines you’ve long desired. “My body, mind, and spirit are aligned.” Say it out loud during meditation, and throughout the day.
Ride the waves of experience within the field of divine flow, and you will see the purpose in all that is presented to you in your life. You will see nothing but love and opportunities for expansion. There are no obstacles, no disharmony, or hardships. Move into the heart center.
