...............................first few days we nothing to it, on physical and mental levels ; I am more happy about holding it together on mental level than my eye reaction I am experiencing since this morning. My eyes are bleeding tears like never before , to explain this i need to tell you that I have bad eyes ever since my accident back in a day when I did cray demolition in Chicago. My eyes hurt , simple. But this is not gonna make me stop my fruit fast. I am doing really well so far...................................Go Fruit your self
