A basic conclusion is at the end for the uninitiated. Per March 20, 2025, there is a massive line-up of five planets (plus the Sun and North Node) in the 2nd House of this spring equinox event to be analyzed. The 2nd House rules "budgetary areas," and there is much to say about the impact of Elon Musk's DOGE activities in Washington D.C. It is probably going to get more intense this spring, and certain questionable areas of U.S. intelligence work may also come into focus (and face certain conflict) in lieu of the opening of the JFK files. Public conflicts concerning intelligence agency work in D.C. is strong with two aspects: Moon Sesquiquadrate Chiron and Mars Square Chiron. Per Infowars, political analyst Roger Stone was interviewed and talked about the opening of the JFK files. He states that this opening of the JFK files will have a huge negative impact on the C.I.A., but it will not be complete due to possible "sanitization" (somewhat similar to the Epstein files). The impact of Musk's DOGE just started, and there may be more surprises. Per DOGE financial audits, I was shocked to see a $565,000 grant awarded by the NIH (National Institute of Health) for financing transgender experiments with animals, as well as a $620,000 grant (also awarded by NIH) for financing a study on how to prevent pregnancy in transgender boys. Yes folks, they think we are this stupid.
Conclusion
Intense public tension regarding U.S. intelligence agency work (possibly due to the opening of the JFK files) is a strong possibility this spring of 2025 in Washington D.C. Also probable this spring is a big focus on questionable budgetary areas in Washington D.C. Because DOGE is just getting started, there is a real possibility of exposure of many controversial operations and projects in Washington D.C. that receive money from the U.S. government in some way. Hopefully no violence occurs during this process. I really sense there is going to be a lot of people in Washington D.C. who may suddenly have to learn public customer service, as opposed to Washington D.C. customer service. And I don't know if this displaced workforce coming out of Washington D.C. will have the skills for public customer service. This is because the public mindset is VERY DIFFERENT compared to the mindset of those who work in Washington D.C.
