The dem gov is torpedoing all of his commie plans that would cost an additional !0 biliion per year just for the city and taxing businesses and high earners wouldn't cover it-he'd have to go begging to Albany who would then have to go begging to the feds and there is a bill already floating around congress to prevent any more monies going to NYC for social programs-so for now the communist with ties to al-quieda has been nuetralized.
